By registering an account or accessing any part of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. All transactions on 365jili are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP) through local payment channels available to members in the Philippines. You may only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the timelines and conditions described in the Withdrawal section of the platform. 365jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to comply with applicable regulations. Any fees associated with payment processing will be clearly communicated before you confirm a transaction. Funds held in your account wallet do not accrue interest and are not considered a banking deposit.

3. Use of Games and Betting Services

All games and betting markets available on 365jili are intended for entertainment purposes and are accessible only to eligible registered members. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose. Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, or any form of artificial assistance is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. 365jili reserves the right to void any bets or game results that are found to have been placed in violation of these terms or as a result of a technical error. Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. 4. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

This includes, but is not limited to, collusion with other players, manipulation of game outcomes, use of exploits or software vulnerabilities, and any form of money laundering or financial crime. Attempting to access another member's account without authorisation is a serious breach of these terms and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. 365jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these prohibited conduct rules, and to withhold any funds associated with such an account pending investigation. Members who witness suspected prohibited conduct by other users are encouraged to report it through the FAQ section. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

365jili provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We will not be liable for any losses arising from technical outages, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 365jili's total liability to any member in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or opportunity, arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Members are advised to review these limitations carefully before using the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

365jili may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable regulations, or operational requirements.
